What we collect, why we collect it, and who else touches it. No tracking you wouldn't expect, no data we don't need.
Who we are
Azoth Audio is an independent audio plugin studio based in Los Angeles, CA. This policy covers azothaudio.com and the Pattern Delay plugin's license system. Contact: support@azothaudio.com.
What we collect
- Email signup. If you subscribe for release updates, we store your email address.
- Purchases. If you buy Pattern Delay, our payment processor collects your email and payment details to deliver a license key. We never see or store your card details.
- Bot checks. The signup form runs a Cloudflare Turnstile check before submission. Turnstile may process your IP address and browser signals to verify you're human.
- Standard server logs. Our hosting and network provider (Cloudflare) logs requests for security and reliability, as any web host does.
We do not run analytics, ad pixels, or third-party trackers on this site.
Why we collect it
- Email signup — to send you a release notice when Pattern Delay ships. Nothing else.
- Purchase data — to fulfill your order and deliver your license key.
- Bot checks — to stop automated signups and abuse.
Who we share it with
We use a small set of processors to run this site and our store. Each only sees what it needs:
- Resend — sends our emails and stores newsletter subscriber addresses.
- Lemon Squeezy — handles checkout, payment, and license key delivery for purchases.
- Cloudflare — hosts the site, runs the signup form, and provides Turnstile bot protection.
- Google Fonts — serves the typefaces used on this site; loading a font requests your IP address from Google.
We don't sell your data. We don't share it with anyone outside the list above.
How long we keep it
Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Purchase records are kept as long as needed for license support and any legal or tax obligation.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the data we hold on you, or unsubscribe from emails at any time, by emailing support@azothaudio.com. Newsletter emails also include an unsubscribe link.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
